Jan recently represented me on the sale of my current house and then found my new home. Throughout the entire process, she was extremely responsive to my needs. She listened to what I wanted and took that into account while searching for properties. Once I found one I really liked, she guided me thru the offer process as it turned out, there were multiple offers. Even as we were making an offer, she continued to look for properties in case we had to go to plan B. When she listed my property on the market, I had an offer within 4 days. I truly believe that this was in part because of her pricing strategy. I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the sale and purchase and would without question, recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor.

We loved working with Jan Mackey in both the sale of our home and purchase of a new home! She is very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and she really took care of us until the very end and beyond! When coming up with the sale price of our home, she provided an excellent analysis of the market and came up with a price that was just right. In the purchase of our new home, she patiently toured homes with us for over a year until we found the perfect house for our needs, and she gave us honest feedback as needed. We would definitely hire her for any future home sales and purchases and highly recommend her to our friends and family. She's the best!

Well, where do we begin. This was the first time in 32 years that we were selling and buying a home and we didn't know where to start. We worked with three relators, and all made good presentations. We selected Jan because of her unique knowledge of our subdivision since she was a neighbor. We also selected Jan because she made us feel very comfortable, she has a very warm personality. Jan stated from the beginning that her job was to find us properties that we liked and so she noted the many criteria that we hoped for and matched those with what the market offered. Jan provided her thoughts on a property when asked, and in several instances simply told us this is not for us. We appreciated her comments throughout and since the last home we bought was 32 years ago. Jan made the entire process of selling/finding a home easier and certainly fun, we connected with Jan and hope we will remain friends for many years. We bought in a sellers' market and so competition was high on the offers we made. Finally, after 5 offers we found a home that we liked and actually sealed the deal. The selling of our home was set for closing and went well. Jan helped negotiate the terms of the selling contract using her extensive knowledge and grit (she is pretty tough and straightforward about it). We bought our home when we had only two weeks before the closing of the home we sold, so that was a tense time. Jan was their throughout and did all she could working with our lawyer to make it happen and it did. Working with Jan on the sale and purchase of both homes was a really great experience. Karen did an amazing job as my realtor, and I didn't give her an easy task. Finding an old farmhouse in the suburbs that doesn't cost an arm and a leg is no easy task and she made it happen. I couldn't be happier with how things turned out and she was with me every step of the way. Should I ever need another realtor I'll definitely be back.
