My decision to buy an apartment was very sudden, and Ana was the first person who came to my mind. When I contacted her, I was clear from the beginning about what I was looking for. She is a great listener who truly understood my requirements and requests. She provided honest, reasonable, and on-point suggestions and facts--never pushy, always supportive. We started the search, and although I knew what I wanted, I never imagined we would be so lucky to find my apartment in less than a week. From there, Ana made sure everything went smoothly. She handled every step with care and professionalism--from arranging inspections to coordinating with lawyers and lenders. Everything was prompt and perfectly organized.
