Jan recently represented me on the sale of my current house and then found my new home. Throughout the entire process, she was extremely responsive to my needs. She listened to what I wanted and took that into account while searching for properties. Once I found one I really liked, she guided me thru the offer process as it turned out, there were multiple offers. Even as we were making an offer, she continued to look for properties in case we had to go to plan B. When she listed my property on the market, I had an offer within 4 days. I truly believe that this was in part because of her pricing strategy. I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the sale and purchase and would without question, recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor.
